Terms of Service
These terms explain how Simple Solutions ("we", "us") works with you. Please read them together with your written project proposal.
Our services
These terms apply to any website, app, marketing, branding or support work we do for you. The exact work, timeline and price for your project are set out in your written proposal. If your proposal and these terms ever disagree, the proposal wins.
Quotes and proposals
Quotes are free and come with no obligation. Work starts once you approve your proposal in writing and pay any deposit it lists.
Payments
Payment amounts and due dates are set out in your proposal and on each invoice. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is paid.
Changes and revisions
Your proposal says how many rounds of revisions are included. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately, and we only do it once you approve the new price.
What we need from you
To keep your project on schedule, we need your content, photos, account access and feedback on time. Delays on your side can move the timeline.
Ownership
Who owns the finished work, and any licenses for fonts, images, plugins or other third-party items, is set out in your proposal.
Third-party services
Hosting, domains, email, payment processors and other tools are provided by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages or changes, but we will help you deal with them.
Ongoing care
Care & support and marketing plans are billed as described in your plan, and can be changed or cancelled as your plan explains.
Ending a project
Either of us can end a project by letting the other know in writing. You pay for the work done up to that point, and we hand over the finished parts you have paid for.
Our responsibility
We do our work with care, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic or sales. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you approve your proposal applies to that project.
